Executive Chef

The chef started creating dishes with his mom at an early age. Working with various chefs and flavors, the chef soon learned which way his career would lead him. Immersing himself with Pizza makers and Italian eateries, he better understood his chosen cuisine. Never forgetting his mother’s passion to create unique dishes, our chef brings that same affection today in his unique creations here at Anthony’s. In his free time, our chef enjoys relaxing with his wife and three children, and yes, he also enjoys eating other restaurant pizzas and a cold corona.
